Nanette Geiger, Law of Attraction Coach , writes… …

The intention for these helpful hints and insights is that you’ll actually achieve a new look into yourself. Specifically, on how to attain more mastery with the 3-part equation of manifestation.

Those three parts of this equation are: Create + Meaningful Attraction = Manifestation or Allowing Your Intentions to Become Reality. You can speed up your results by using a Law of Attraction Life Coach.

You Create simply by thinking of a desire. Fairly simple, right? We have desires every day. So we are manifesting all day long. But are you holding back or letting your creation manifest? The natural need to create is a natural inheritance, so is the act of manifestation. We simply get distracted about true creation. Make sure when you Create (or desire) you have your intention on what you want, rather than the lack there of. A Law of Attraction Coach can assist you in aligning your desire to manifest anything you want!

You Attract by being attuned to your desire. After all, similar thoughts attract, right? How does one go about doing this? Attracting all the things you desire? Well, you imagine, feel and spend your time basking in the intention of what it will feel like when you have acquired that which you desire. That’s the beginning of changing your desire’s polarity to attract with what you desire. You actually turn into an energetic match to your want. You begin vibrating like your want as you feel what it is like to already experience attaining what you desire.

Also, you are not doing this so the Universe can get your order right. You are doing this as part of YOUR work to be in harmony with what you want. You can receive great Law of Attraction Life Coaching Courses today and begin attracting the life and love of your dreams!

As long as you’re not in resistance to your desire, by some self-loathing thoughts, beliefs or feelings, or general grouchiness, anxiety and fear, you’ll acquire what you want. As you line up vibrationally and energetically, you must create what you want.

I hope these thoughts and hints have assisted you in understanding that you CAN Create and Attract the Life of your Dreams! Happy Creating.

Improving Your Memory With 3 Fun Strategies

Many people will experience memory loss in their life. It is often a very frustrating experience and often a very discouraging occurrence. Luckily, a good mental workout each day is all it could take to improve your brains mental ability. Here are three surprisingly fun ways to keep your mind in shape.

You have likely heard that doing crossword puzzles is a great way to improve your mental ability. Well, you have heard correctly. Basically, you simply need to engage your mind in some form of mental activity in order to properly exercise it. It’s important that you choose an exercise that you enjoy. For most people crossword puzzles are not only enjoyable but addictive. If you can get yourself addicted to having to do one of two crossword puzzles at day then you will be on easy street to improving the capacity of your mind.

For many, learning a new language can be difficult and frustrating. Regardless of how good you are at learning a new language, simply engaging in the study of one brings huge benefit to your brain. Remember, the benefit to your brain comes in the process of study not necessarily in the results of that study. However, the more you enjoy the process of studying a new language, the more you will learn. Completing a beginner course in the language of your choice is a great way to exercise your mind.

One of my favorite ways of giving my brain a challenging workout is a game of sudoku. Sudoku is a numbers game played on a grid. Sudoku puzzles come in beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty levels. Many people claim that sudoku is highly addictive. If you get bored of doing crossword puzzles or learning a new language, then start completing a sudoku puzzle everyday. Your brain will not know what hit it.

Now that you get the idea of what it takes to improve your memory and keep your brain in shape then you can start looking around for other kinds of puzzles that interest you. Another good one is jigsaw puzzles. And, there are dozens and dozens of other puzzles debt will be just as effective. Go to the bookstore and skim through a puzzle book. Since any puzzle will do, all you need to do is pick one you like.

Begin Living Free Of Anxiety Today – It Can All Change Today.

With the increasing pressure of modern society, many people are looking for solutions on how to cure anxiety in the fastest and most natural way possible.  It’s a well known fact that just about everyone will have feelings of anxiety in one form or other during the course of his or her life.  Simply hearing a phone ringing out of the blue or hearing about an imminent earthquake may invoke a degree of anxiety or panic.

But when people refer to anxiety, they usually mean something far more severe than just a bit of nervous reaction to some unanticipated event.  Full-blown disorders like panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, and even obsessive-compulsive disorder are recognized forms of anxiety, and entire groups of medicine are assigned to their study.  Millions of people have these symptoms so vigorously that they are somewhat socially debilitated, unable to hold down a job, socializing with new people, or function outside their home at all.

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), “roughly 40 million American adults ages 18 and up, or about 18.1 percent of the population in this age group in any given year, have an anxiety disorder.”  They also mention that it’s not unusual for people to suffer from more than one type of anxiety disorder – for example, individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder may also feel occasional panic attacks.  Obsessive compulsive disorder can also be linked to depression, and so on.

Eighteen percent of people is nearly one in five, so in case you think that you’re the only one that feels the way you do or are the only one going through these symptoms, walk through the mall or think of the people you know, such as at work or your sports club.  Chances are that for every five or six people there, one of them has an anxiety disorder of one kind or another.  As said, whole fields of medicine are committed to assisting the sufferers of all of these types of anxiety disorders, and new medicines and alternate treatment options are being uncovered every single day.  There are just far too many people on the planet today who experience these disorders for doctors and biologists to ignore it.

So if you think that there’s something inherently wrong with you or that you’re somehow weak because you feel severe anxiety, it’s time to set that thinking aside and speak to your physician about how he or she can assist.  There are also alternative, natural ways of stopping these anxiety symptoms and there are even cures available to you.  Finding out how to cure anxiety fast is now easier than ever.

Some Ideas For Finding Your Creativity

Being creative isn’t always easy, especially if you work a lot and don’t feel as though you have the time to spend on hobbies and other activities. However, there are some simple things you can do to feel more inspired and activities you can partake in that do not take up too much time or energy.

If you need to find inspiration, it might be a good idea to take a look around you and take a note of your surroundings. The patterns and colors of your surroundings, or even the sounds, can be very inspirational. Books and movies can also spark creativity, but make sure you don’t spend all your time reading and watching.

If you enjoy writing and are having trouble crafting a story, you should try writing something everyday. It doesn’t matter how long or what kind of writing it is. This exercise will help you become a better writer and give you a better understanding of how you like to write. Also, you might want to experiment with creating a story from an outline and without an outline to find out which helps you write the best.

Many people enjoy scrapbooking and creating a scrapbook album. You can get the items you need for this activity from many arts and crafts stores and general stores. You can also create an album from things you have lying around your house, like an old binder, colored paper, dried flowers and plants, photos, and magazine or news clippings.

Lots of people find joy in origami. The things you make can even be used as decorations in your home. Left over scrapbook pages are great for origami, since they are generally very colorful and beautiful. If you are interested in taking up this activity, all you have to do is search for instructions on the Internet or buy a book from the store.

Learning how to play an instrument, such as the guitar, can be a great way to feel creative. However, this can cost quite a bit of money and does take time, since you must practice frequently in order to master an instrument. When choosing an instrument, make sure it fits your hands well and sounds good, so that you are not discouraged from playing it. For guitarists, a Takamine acoustic guitar might be a good purchase, since it is not too expensive and of a good quality.

There are many things you can do in order to explore your creativity. Consider how much time and money you can dedicate, as well as the things you like to do, and then embark upon your new hobby.

Everyone Has A Dream, Somewhere

Deep inside every person, there is a dream they long to accomplish. Some have small dreams, others have big ones. But no matter what size they are, everyone needs to have a chance to try to accomplish every dream and aspiration in their heart.

Some may start with a laptop that has an LED backlight, which in itself has endless possibilities. If you want to become a writer, filmmaker, photographer, or even a web designer, that’s one of the first things you get.

Still others have an Alvarez acoustic guitar to start with; mainly the people desiring to be musicians, singers, and songwriters. But, they all always start with the same thing: a goal. In nursing homes and different places all over the world, there are elderly people who cry the rest of their lives because they never accomplished their dreams as young people. Do you want to be like that? Of course not! So, start now, while you’re young and have a long life ahead. Here are some things that generally help people ride the road to their dreams:

Education. Some dreams need education before you can accomplish them; paleontology, or physics, for example; if you want to be a scientist in those areas, you need education. Sometimes, even some education in creative writing, acting, or computer science is even helpful. With the many colleges, scholarships, grants, and classes, education is more available than ever. If you have the chance for a better education that will help further your dream, you should go for it.

Determination. Some begin the road to their dreams, but when it starts to get lonely and hard, they quit! No one in history ever got anywhere doing that! So you need to have a lot of determination–who cares about what you have to go through to get to your dream! When you get there, everything you went through will be worth it. And, you’ll be glad you went to all that work and didn’t give up. Be firm. Remember the goal.

Support. Even though for some dreams, people will most likely reject you, there is always a handful that will support you. And support always is nice to have. It helps you to be strong when you feel weak, makes you get up when you fall down, and work all the harder. Your friends are important, so make sure you work hard to keep them.

Even with all these things, some dreams are next to impossible–or so some people say. Ignore the status quo, ignore the insults, ignore everything and sometimes everyone that tries to bring you down, and just keep your eyes on the goal, moving forward, not backward. Even if, all you have is a handful of scrapbook pages, just work hard, never giving up, and you can still get there. All it takes is some effort, time, and yes, even money sometimes, and you can accomplish your dreams, and live the life you’ve always wanted. Good luck!

The Benefits of Writing A Journal

If you have never kept a journal, it is a good idea to start. Keeping a journal has many benefits to helping you grow as a person.

There are many ways to maintain a journal. The most common form is to record your stream of consciousness in the morning. This is an exercise that is very useful in clearing your mind before you start the day by putting down all your thoughts on paper. It can be a very liberating feeling to be able to write whatever you want to write without having to censor any thought that goes through your mind.

If you intend to be a writer, it will help you tremendously to maintain a journal. Not only will it improve your writing skills, it can also serve as a way to improve your memory as well as providing you with notes on ideas that you have. One reason why many people do not keep a journal is because they do not know how to start and maintain one.

To get your writing juices flowing, a great starter is to use journal prompts. Journal prompts are simply questions that you ask yourself. When you have a suitable question, the next thing you do is to write down your thoughts and answers to that question. Because you are not censoring any information going through your mind, you might be surprised at the interesting and novel ways your subconscious mind comes up with in answering your question! Using journal prompts also helps you to think about new things that you may have never thought about before.

Starting your own journal is a very simple thing. You can either use an empty notebook to write your thoughts into, or you can use a  personal journal program that you install on your computer. It costs very little to use a pen and notebook, but there are several advantages to using a journal software.

There are several advantages to using a journal software compared to a written notebook. You can password protect your entries, as well as organizing your thoughts and notes into various categories. Keeping a diary or journal with a daily journal software also is a lot faster than writing by hand.

With a journal, you can keep track of what is going through your life and mind on a regular basis. The ability to examine your thoughts gives you the chance to find areas for self-improvement. When you find specific thought patterns that are not supporting you, you know that it is time to change what you are thinking by introducing new beliefs into your life.

Using Mind Mapping Software to Create a Budget

http://clk.bz/what-is-mind-mapping

Mind Mapping software can be instrumental in organizing a variety of information. A particularly practical way to make use of Mind Mapping software is in constructing a budget. Many people find budgets an essential component of a successful financial plan, and software tools for creating budgets are quite popular. Most traditional budget-creation software presents financial information using primarily numbers and spreadsheets. Mind Mapping software, by contrast, allows for the organizing of financial information using pictures and visual graphics in a spatially “mapped” out format. Mind Maps, therefore, have the advantage of allowing you to create a budget in a creative and more intuitive manner.

What is Mind Mapping Software?

Mind Mapping software is any software that is used to create diagrams, pictures, and other graphic visuals in order to show the relationship between ideas or other types of information.1 With Mind Maps, the key concept or main idea of the information being presented is represented by a central image, located in the center of the map. Any themes surrounding the main idea are shown on “branches” that are attached to the central image, with subsequent themes of less importance attached by “twigs”. The resulting diagram is a “map” of the information and ideas shown in a spatial, rather than linear, format. Moreover, along with the ideas shown on the map are images, visual graphics, and colors that the constructor of the “map” associates with each of the themes and ideas. Mapping out information in this manner is widely believed to allow the brain to process the information in manner more consistent with its natural functioning.

Using a Mind Map to Organize a Budget

In general, the main purpose of a budget is to allocate a certain amount of money to various expenses, so that the money is not overly spent in one area, while leaving the other areas in a deficit. Thus, when constructing a budget, the most important components are the expected income and expected expenses/financial outlays to which the money will be allocated during the given time period. Consider the attached Mind Map diagram of a sample monthly budget. The overall expected income for the time period is represented in the center of the map. Attached to this central topic are “branches” showing the various expenses the income will cover, as well as the amount of each expense. Any subcategories of the expenses are attached to the expense “branches” via “twigs”. Throughout the Mind Map, colors and graphics associated with each expense are used. The result is your monthly budget, that is “mapped out” in a spatial, visually stimulating and easily organized manner.

Mind Mapping Software vs. Traditional Budget-Creation Software

As mentioned earlier, traditional budgeting software often organizes financial information in a very boring, numerically driven format. While all of the information needed to clearly view the information is present, the information is usually visually tedious, making it more difficult to process. Mind Mapping software, by contrast, allows one to organize important financial information in a visually easy and interesting format, driven by colors and images, rather than data. This intuitive form of data organization can be quickly processed; a person can pick out the key components of his or her budget, as well as find specific expense items, with a just quick skim of the map.

How To Attain Your Targets

A few years ago I realised the importance of setting goals and targets. I thought about what I wanted to be and which course I wanted my life to take. I wrote out three different lists of my aims for the future.

The first list included what I wanted to achieve within the next twelve months. The second list contained what I wanted to achieve within five years and the third list was my lifetime goals.

One of my goals was to do with my composite front doors business. I wanted to ensure that the world would get to know about the fact that I offer affordable composite doors.

I feel it is important to write down these targets as it helps you to keep a kind of focus of what you are attempting to do.

Invest time and money to reach your goals

I now had a determination to succeed and was willing to work hard to achieve my goals. I was very much aware that I would have to work very hard to achieve anything in life. One of my aims was to overcome stuttering. To achieve success I had to leave no stone unturned and I had to believe in my ability to kill my demons. I began to become more care-free and even started to treat myself every so often. I did this by attending reflexology sessions and for a short period I tried aromatherapy. After working extremely hard with copious amounts of dedication I did manage to achieve fluency - I was very proud of my efforts as you can no doubt imagine.

Avoid negative people

There are people out there who try to bring me down. They attempt to do this by off the cuff comments they make or just by the way they seem to look down on me. They look at me as If I am worthless and some kind of loser. These type of people have caused me many sleepless nights and have had a negative affect on my self-confidence.

Life is now good and my business career has now taken off and I am now working with a company who offer a cost reduction strategy which I have to say is very enjoyable.

I hope that you have found this article interesting and of benefit.

Stress Management Tips

I am a person who used to stress in a big way. At one point a work colleague made a comment that he thought that I walked around with the weight of the world’s problems on my shoulders. Things though had to and were about to change.

I then went about reading lots of books about mind over matter and positive thinking.

Panicking and fretting about any given task does in no way make it any easier. I have to say that it actually makes things a lot worse. I had to realise that I can do no more than to give one hundred percent to each task I perform. When a negative thought or worry enters your head you need to immediately ignore it and to change your thought processes into thinking about something which makes you happy or smile. You have to treat these demons as your worst enemy and fight them away. Treat it like a war and be determined not to let them win the battle of minds.

I had always been a worrier; this is something that commenced in childhood probably due to the fact that I had a stutter. I did attend stuttering treatment however I only managed to overcome my stuttering problem when I was aged twenty-two after watching a seventy minute self-help therapy DVD which I bought from The How To Stop Stuttering Centre in Birmingham, England.

The next lesson I learnt was that a life spent constantly stressing is a waste of a life and the last piece of advice is to think about other people in the world who are not as fortunate as yourself.

These things have helped to improve my life in a big way; as an example I am now a successful business man selling a upvc front door and I also offer a professional medical negligence claims service.

I hope the above stress-relief tips help other people as much as they have helped me.

When Is Encouragement Necessary

A lot of different things and situations result to the need for encouragement words. What I am trying to say is that from time to time we are confronted with certain situations that calls for more than just experience and a drive to overcome. If you are not sure about what to say on what occasion importantly in terms of scriptures for encouragement then take a few minutes to go through this brief but important write-up.

Someone dealing with the death of a loved one

A person who has just lost a loved one needs to be encouraged and supported. They need to be around positive people and to hear positive words. Be weary of overdoing it. Find the right things to do and words to say.

Let me emphasize and say that when you are trying to encourage someone who is grieving, you need to be skilful and very sensitive.

First time at work

Being in a new office can be overpowering for most people. If you know someone who has just started in a new job then you better think of something to do or say. For someone who has a good sense of humor, you can just send through some something warm if he or she is worried about living kids at home then think about writing some nice poems of encouragement for kids about being in a new job.

Someone living in a foreign country

Being in a foreign country can be so intimidating especially if you can not understand the local language. One of the predominant feelings are anxiety and being home sick. I know someone who fell into a major depression after going overseas to pursue her studies. This person spent two months seriously ill due to depression.

Other than these, sick people also need some words of encouragement and also those who are locked up in jail. As you enjoy the blessings in your life never let it slip your mind that someone out there needs to hear you say, everthing will be just fine.
