Achieving Greatness By Optimizing Your Power Of Mind

depression

Surely we are all familiar with the need to optimize and update our computers, especially those of us who constantly or sometimes work with computers. This has become a natural routine for us every couple of months, and as new hardware and new technologies are revealed, these software need to be updated and optimised in order to take advantage of the new advancements. What if I told you that you can also optimize your power of mind to achieve greatness in the same way as these software?

Think about it in terms of computer parts; consider the brain to be the hardware, then the subconscious is the integral software. Think of it as Windows as it were, an operating system that you need to run the big computer in your head. Now as time goes by, there is going to be a lot of emotional clutter and garbage that will clog up the system and make it run badly. Just like any operating system, it needs the benefits of upgrades and software updates to make it run optimally.

Now this is something you just can’t buy off the shelf at some computer store. You need specific scientific treatment that can help you to unlock the power of your mind. The brain itself produces many electromagnetic waves in specific frequencies - and some of these frequencies trigger specific states of mind that ranges from increased intelligence, a boost in creativity, and even invoking a sense of euphoria. We now have the technology called brain entrainment - which means using tools like binaural beats and magnetic field technology to trigger these states in our mind.

Some of these states are akin to the deep meditative states that are needed for anyone to reprogramme the mind. YES! You can reprogram your mind to an extent and create ideal environments for learning, interaction and even everyday life. Imagine what you can accomplish when you achieve a more positive state of mind. The power of positive thinking is now no longer just a modern cliché that has lost its meaning. Getting it is now entirely possible with the use of these technologies.

While many have sworn by the effectiveness of the more traditional methods like yoga to induce these deep meditative states, the fact is this is harder than using the above mentioned technologies because it requires utmost concentration and the ability to teach your mind into getting into those states.

Did you know that the mind has the ability to increase the healing process? Medical experts and psychologists have been studying ways for years to unlock the power of the mind to heal brain specific illnesses like Parkinson’s disease and even amnesia. Surprisingly some of the results of brainwave entrainment have included faster healing with programs that help to give them a better outlook in life. Depression is a killer because when the mind has given up - so will the body.

So stop doubting it because it’s new; at least do some research on it. You will find that thousands upon thousands of people have benefited from the power of optimizing the mind to achieve greatness, and you can hop on the bandwagon as well - as quickly as right now.

How Covert Subliminal Signals Can Help Your Get Your Way

subliminal signal

The art of persuasion is exactly that - an art that has to be mastered and understood before it can be successfully applied. This is not a by line to begin your course to tricking people into believing what ever you want to them. This isn’t mind control. This is using the faculties that you already have on hand and some nuances as well as a good sense of perception to see change in behaviours and predict people’s reactions to what you’re saying to them. The messages that you exude - even something as basic as your posture affects people on a subconscious level - and can actually influence the likelihood of them seeing things your way - in layman’s terms; how to persuade people using covert subliminal signals.

Posture, like mentioned before is an extremely important subliminal signal. These are the messages that you deliver to someone even before you open your mouth. Your posture can spell confidence, arrogance, a happy disposition and can make you see either open, friendly, successful and confident or even closed off and unfriendly. By posture alone a person can assume what kind of a person you most likely are, and based on their perception of you they can already decide if they want to listen to you in the first place. Putting your hands in your pockets, keeping your chin up and stiffening your body gives the impression that you are arrogant, closed off, think highly of yourself and unfriendly. Try to appear less closed off, be more relaxed and confident in your posture by seeming at ease with the person, show a genial and open expression to show that you have nothing to hide.

What about clothes? You’re right. What you wear and how you wear it is also a powerful subliminal indication of the type of person that you are, and ultimately how successful you’ll be in persuading people. Imagine a confident person who is dressed well - dressed in a way that gives the impression that he is a neat, well kept and successful person. This lets most of people’s guard down, opens the mental state of people for greater acceptance and be easily persuaded.

The last aspect of this bag - while not limited to is of course the speech factor. Words are extremely important and the direct, and indirect messages that they carry can influence anyone and give you the power of persuasion. This normally must be combined with an ability to read people and their posture. Strategies must be changed when you see people being unreceptive to the messages. Reassess the things you’re saying, make subtle alterations to the ideas you’re trying to get across so they’ll be more receptive to them, vary the inflection in your voice and the emotions you portray.

Of course this is not an entirely comprehensive manual on how you can better persuade someone. Subliminal psychologists all over the world agree that the five senses, touch, smell, etc all come into play when you try to persuade someone. What you do, what you say, what you wear and the right kinds of actions like a light touch or a firm handshake at the same time are all subliminal signals you send out to the person in front of you - signals that sculpt an image of character in their minds - character that gains you trust, trust you can use to your advantage and of course only for good.

The Truth Behind Our Desire For Success

win in our life

In today’s fast progressing world, it would be hard pressed to find anyone who doesn’t crave for some form of success in their lives. Success should not be measured by massive capitalists’ terms but rather in terms of what we value in our lives, things that are beyond materialistic notions. Being able to walk to the shop without gasping at exorbitant prices is also a measure of success. The idea of success should not be determined by external influences, but rather from within our own perceptions of success, and they should never get muddled within the pool of invaluable advice.

Success should be determined on your own terms and we should all crave success now matter how little it seems to measure up in the real world. Being able to conquer an obstacle little by little and day by day builds character in all of us and allows us to grow as a person. This should be one of the important reasons why we should all crave success. It should never be a question about money or power, but it is about value in the human spirit and empowerment over mind and body - as well as shattering complacency and making sure that the soul is constantly moving forward in a momentum that breaks barriers and brings excellence in every corner of our existence.

Complacency is the fiend of our lives and we should be rid of it as quickly as possible. In any shape or form, this is the one thing that is responsible for restraining more than seventy percent of the world’s population from realizing their true potential. The truth is most of us are only tapping into less than half of the possibilities that we are capable of and we are just content to let the world pass us by. We are no longer desiring to look for targets to overcome and just want to lay in our patch of grass and enjoy the sunset from afar. There are no more astronauts in the world today, but astronomers who would simply gasp at the magnificence of the stars through the safety of a long lens.

Success drives us and soon when we start to win in our life, we become addicted to the exhiliration of success. Building momentum in our lives, even the most languishing of individuals who cannot be bothered will have a small spark started in the cavernous depths of their hearts.

The answer to the question is always a yes. Success is important and as soon as we all realise our limited vision that we view success, only then can humanity truly move forward. We should be considered lucky that we don’t have to be able to get through a day alive to consider it as a measure of success. Imagine that - being able to preserve life and extending it as far as possible into the day is something to shout about and be proud of. I hope it won’t take something so drastic to make us realise how precious life is and how much success is a part of it.

I am Extremely Driven, Successful And Motivated, Whats In Subliminal Motivation For Me?

This is a guest article by Dan Bainbridge, of Real Subliminal

We get 100s of questions about subliminal messaging all the time, and we jsut can’t answer them all, but the other week we received something which resonated with a lot of the queries we get so decided to write a more detailed response. This question came from someone reading our Subliminal Messaging Course, I will print it in full:

If I already set goals and have a lot of drive for success then what good will subliminal messaging for motivation do me?

The part of the free course she quoted was this part:

Subliminal messaging won’t work if you are lazy or want instant fixes to your problems in life without having to do any of the work yourself. However if you are already motivated for success and do everything you can to stayfocused on success then subliminal messaging will have a benefit on your life, it will give you an extra boost, and ENSURE you stay on track, and help you to reach your goal a bit faster!

This was a question I could relate to - once upon a time ago, but since I got into personal development this now seemed so foriegn, and the answer so natural:

There is always room for improvement; if you always seek improvement and personal development then you never need to worry about slipping into old habits, ormaintaning your current level of success.

Always aim to develop yourself and constantly set yourself new and higher goals. If you start thinking like this you will soon have a private arsenal of self development tools to use in various different situations. We use everything from subliminal messaging and hypnosis to reading a very wide range of “self growth” books - on motivation, confidence, success, and much more.

…I want to constantly improve - despite feeling pretty confident most of the time, I still read books about improving confidence, I am always looking to improve. This is what we want to get across and the mindset we want people to approach subliminal messaging with. Subliminal Messaging is only one in a hundered tools and development products / methods you can use to keep a focus, give yourself the edge and get a boost above the rest.

This set of beliefs and attitude is how we would like to rub off on people, what we would like people to get from our writing, and our albums. If you approach subliminal messaging (or anything for that matter) with thoughts like “I really hope this works, I hopethis is my magic pill”, then you are already setting yourself up for failure, and you will be looking for the next miracle cure soon enough, but if you take the approach that “this will help me to keep a focus, it is only one way I will gain an advantage and make progress towards my current aims”, and if you try and keep open, positive, and keen on personal improvement like this then subliminal messaging will help you in life.

Check out our subliminal motivation album today and take another step towards your personal development!

Curing Procrastination Today

Those who consider procrastination to be a matter of laziness do not fully understand the psychology of the problem and instead claim that a boot is the only cure for procrastination that is required. On the other hand, even those who understand that procrastination can be a manifestation of a more deeply seated problem may still consider that the perpetrator is procrastinating about finding help.

Some people who have a tendency to procrastinate may in fact be suffering from depression or even attention deficit disorder which can both be underlying causes of procrastination. While procrastination is considered a behavioral disorder, by treating other diagnosed issues it may be possible to offer a cure for procrastination at the same time. It is often recommended that chronic procrastinators visit a therapist or other mental health professional to determine if there are associated treatable issues causing them to consistently put things off.

Therapy can a useful process for people to change behavioral patterns such as phobias and, for example, a fear of flying. These types of upsets in a person’s psychological balance cannot always be treated with a pill, but a therapist can offer them a better understanding of why they have the particular behavior. Through this type of treatment a person can usually begin curing procrastination if it is required.

Continued Procrastination Can Lead To Addictions

When a person continues to put off doing certain tasks, they usually focus their attention on other, sometimes solitary projects. It is possible that someone who fails to set about curing their procrastination will end up addicted to the computer, if that is what they turn to to take their focus away from something that needs to be done. Taking refuge behind a computer screen offers self-justification for putting off doing something, but an addiction to computer gaming or the internet may be a signal that procrastination help is required.

Attention deficit disorder, while typically associated with children, has become a more common diagnosis for adults who cannot focus on one thing for a long time. When this leads to procrastination seeking treatment for attention deficit disorder can also lead to a cure for procrastination.

In most cases procrastination is displayed as an avoidance behavior during which the individual will do other tasks unrelated to the project they are ignoring. By learning and adjusting to new behaviors, as well as understanding what draws their focus away from their planned project, a cure for procrastination can be found.

Part of the process of curing procrastination is learning to set smart goals. Setting achievable goals and taking steps towards those goals can create breakthroughs in many areas of our lives.

How Subliminals Can Help You Fight Off Negative Thoughts

perpetuation of bad examples

Most of us would not want to admit the sad fact of life, but negative thoughts are the main driving force behind most of the world’s population right now. We are constantly inundated with bad news, bad perceptions and an ecosystem of mistrust. We are driven to the wall by the promotion of bad habits, the very proliferation of negativity in the form of bad life examples and negative, pessimistic attitudes. Whatever good there might have been in us is now decaying faster and faster in a capitalist world that is unwittingly breeding a divide borne of materialism within its people - faster than the ozone is being depleted from the world as we know it. We are, as humans, losing sight of ourselves as we surrender and ingratiate ourselves into this zeitgeist - but it is high time for a change. Our mind is plugged into a system that is virus prone and has shoddy programming - it is time to reset yourself. Fight off negative thoughts; learn how subliminals can make it much easier.

Our subconscious is the villain that runs amuck within our lives. The negative vibes in the world are unwittingly ingrained into our cerebrum faster than a sponge in the sea and it shapes us into the negative individuals we have become today. How have we evolved from a race of intellectually superior hunters into a predominantly obese and unmotivated society? Why do you think cigarette companies are laughing to the bank despite the economic recession plaguing the world today? This is because addiction has become a part of who we are as a species, addiction has been wired into our nature - so much so that we view things as cool and as fad. Truth of the matter is, this is how subliminals work - when a company that essentially sells a roll of leaves peppered with more toxic chemicals than in a nuclear waste plant - and we think it is cool; it’s subliminal persuasion at work. Whether you realize it or not, subliminal persuasion is at work in a lot of ways, especially so in advertising. Advertising campaigns are chock full of subliminal messages intended to persuade you into buying the marketers products, and even make you need or crave them to the point that you keep coming back for them.

It is time to fight fire with fire. If you can be programmed into being an addict, why should there be any reason that you can’t be reprogrammed back to normal? How many times have you heard yourself say that you will ‘quit’ next week or you need just a bit of time more to do that thing you always wanted. What are we afraid of? Fear - even irrational fear is a living breathing endemic that is gnawing away at us and we are powerless to overcome it. Self improvement must always start at the top and now we have subliminal technology to drive away negative thoughts and make us ask a simple question - why didn’t I do this earlier?

Exactly. Why didn’t you do this earlier? Why didn’t you take action when you could? Why are you always putting yourself down and looking at the world in a bad light? It’s time for a change and this is something subliminals can make it much easier.

Invaluable Tips On How To Gear Your Mind Toward Success

State Of Mind

I mean, really, how do we know? It is the vaguest question anyone can pose to you but it is something this article will try and tackle. The question ‘What is the state of my mind?’ and ‘Is it geared for success?’ is fraught with deep, dark jungles of uncertainty because we are not speaking about one particular mindset, but about millions of varying thoughts, perceptions, backgrounds, objectives, mindsets, etc.

You are right. This article can in no way answer this question effectively but hopefully it will make you stand back and reflect upon your life thus far. It will be a call of sorts to re-evaluation and hopefully stir within you a desire to investigate the things your life and whether you are exactly where you want to be. There is a checklist, a general one though, that you can use to assess your life.

One undeniable truth is that your mind determines your reality; it is so powerful that whatever you do, whatever you have become, your mind has been the predetermining factor in all of it. The thing about people nowadays is that they go about life thinking that the time to enrich the mind ended when you left college. The time to investigate the mind and its potentials stopped once you no longer needed to lift up a book. Constantly your mind is learning and good or bad, life embeds messages in your subconscious - messages that define your very essence - your behaviour, your perception, your emotions, everything. Who you are as a person, as an individual, as a lover, as a worker and your future is completely determined by how you nurture your mind.

Are you where you want to be? Are there any negative thoughts that have crept into your brain, things you wanted to do and passions you wanted to pursue in your life? Do you often imagine yourself as somebody else, or have you dreamed of things you felt you never could pursue anymore because of various reasons and excuses that seem to crop up and things that seem to ‘get in the way’ of your pursuit.

These are just some of the questions you should ask yourself. How truly do we know where we are in life and how positive are we that this is the route we chose for ourselves, by our free will and now steered into because of reasons that seem to be out of control. ‘Carpe Diem’ - is a meaning that can only be translated and not really understood by most of us. Don’t just look up the meaning of those two words; live it! Seize the day! We live in fear, and that is something we cannot deny. Fear we will lose our jobs, fear we will fail, fear of the world around us and the unknown. No one has NO fear in their life. But rise above your fear, rise above your doubts and seize the day.

Fear can be useful but the root of that fear is important. I won’t ramble on, but I will leave you with a proverb that someone left me a long time ago - if success is a road, then we have never truly arrived. So if you’re wondering if this article has answered the question posed to you in the beginning, it hasn’t, because it can’t. Only you can answer it for yourself, and the answer should always be yes.

Mind Control and Subliminal Messages For Positive Thinking

Have you ever heard of positive thoughts attracting good fortune? Or noticed that most happy people are optimists? Have you ever observed that people who stay calm during the worst crisis are generally the ones who do not harbor negative thoughts? You must have noticed that most successful people have supreme faith in their abilities and believe that they deserve success.

You can see examples of positive thinking everywhere. Yet most of us end up spending half our lives worrying about or expecting the worst! Why? Has stressing over it ever prevented the problem from appearing? Has expecting the worst ever made it easier to handle a crisis when it does happen? Isn’t it nicer to expect good fortune? At least you are saved the anxiety of spending hours expecting the worst. Isn’t it nicer to live a carefree life instead of spoiling our now thinking about tomorrow…when we are not even sure of what it might bring? However, the problem lies within your mind. It seems to control us. Negative thoughts are powerful in the way that they will always try and come back - even after commiting to being more positive and only looking on the bright side of things these negative thoughts can come back and attack us when we let our guard down.

Positive thinking and Re-programming the mind

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could learn to control our thoughts? If we could gain control of our mind and subconscious desires? However, re-programming your brain requires a lot of effort at both the conscious and the deeper subconscious levels of your mind. The following approaches might be of help:

Efforts at the Conscious level:

Positive Affirmations:

Telling yourself that you deserve the best constantly will help bring about a shift in your perception. For example, if you are constantly told you are a rubbish dancer, it doesn't matter how much potential you really have - you will (sadly) start to see yourself as someone who cant dance. If you keep telling yourself that you do deserve the bst then slowly but surely you will start to believe it until it actually becomes your realty.

Consciously diverting your mind-

Every time you catch your mind sneaking in dark thoughts, make a conscious effort to divert your attention to a positive thought. Just as anything that you do repeatedly becomes a habit, with time thinking positive will also become a habit.

Efforts at the Subconscious level:

Clinical Hypnosis-

Clinical hypnosis is a therapy through which a trained practitioner can delve into your subconscious and reprogram your mind. This is particularly helpful when you have a deep rooted habit of negative thinking or are suffering from depression induced by chronic negative thinking.

Subliminal messages-

This is a do-it-yourself approach. Subliminal messages have the power to influence your subconscious - there are even postive thinking subliminal cds. The fastest method of sending subliminal messages to your mind is with the use of audio based cds. In such Cds subliminal messages are usually hidden behind music, but they can be played in reverse and several other ways - anything so that your mind can con consciously perceive the mesages. Often these messages are moved above the level of human hearing (above 20,000 Hz). People who believe in the power of subliminal cds claim that listening to them repeatedly can reprogram your mind and make it easier for you to control your thoughts.

The key to keeping a positive mindset no matter what is to align your subconscious mind with your conscious goals.

What Happens When You Experience Overwhelming Self-Doubt?

failures in our lives

This is a position that nobody wants to be in. This is the hell for proponents of character and self improvement. This is where we do not want to be - and once we give in to this, there is almost no where to turn again. It is a dark abyss, treacherous and full of quicksand patches of depression, anger and irrational fear that can sink us further into the despair that has become our life. What happens when you experience overwhelming self-doubt?

You feel as though you have become someone else. You look in the mirror and can barely recognise the man or woman that stares back at you, haggard, shoddy. The person in the mirror mocks you, calls you a failure and the floor has overtaken your vision as you look down - and you find inveritable truth in those miserable thoughts. You have lost all control. You cannot do anything and are stuck in a negative cycle that overtakes you - wave after wave that crashes into your once solid foundation and now has whittled it away to nary more than a beach of eroding sand - a mere shadow of what you used to be.

Depression follows shortly after, and it is the strange bedfellow of self-doubt. It can create anxiety attacks and place a drab colour over the world you once saw as bright and full of promise. You shy away from your friends and even your family because you have irrational hate or fear - the very emotions that will lead you to nothing but loneliness. And alone, you wallow in your self pity, you let the depression gnaw away at the frayed bits of your sanity until you can take no more. Depression drives you to a mania. You quit your job and you wander aimlessly without care and concern for yourself or others, seemingly looking in from a place that is exclusively and tormentingly yours. And you spy the rope, the blade and the pill as the bittersweet solace from your woes.

This may be a dark and morbid picture, a possible but far destination for us who are sometimes visited by that monster called self doubt. It may be a soft whisper against our ears but soon the voice will get louder and louder and we might have no choice but to listen to it.

Don’t let it come to that stage. We need to reprogram our mind and remove the monster from the recesses of our subconscious because ladies and gentlemen - this is where it lives. It has been nursed by the negative experiences and the bad influences of the world, advertising and examples we see and hear everyday. It is awakened by the failures in our lives - failures we allow to take over and breathe more life into this monster. The solution is out there - technology or even traditional methods that allow you to reach in and destroy the monster of self-doubt and take back your life. Psychological and subliminal - it’s time for an alternative solution.

Improving Your Skills For Success

effective action

There are many areas of skills - general skills that you can look into to improve and attract success. I am here to tell you some of the skills you can look into to improve yourself and give yourself a better chance at succeeding in life.

Project the voice of success! Speak clearly, persuasively, and forcefully in front of an audience - whether an audience of 1 or of thousands - is one of the most important skills you should be looking to develop. Be more comfortable, more confident, and more attractive to be around. Being able to speak effectively means you can sell anything - products, of course, but also ideas, ideologies, worldviews.

If success depends of effective action, effective action depends on the ability to focus your attention where it is needed most, when it is needed most. In order to keep focused on the important things, you will need to have strong organizational skills, a strong sense of discipline, and a firm effective sense of productivity. The bridge that leads from analysis to action is effective decision-making - knowing what to do based on the information available. While not being critical can be dangerous, so too can over-analyzing, or waiting for more information before making a decision. Being able to take in the scene and respond quickly and effectively is what separates the doers from the wannabes.

Pen with the hands of the successful! Writing well offers many of the same advantages that speaking well offers: being able to express yourself clearly in words would undoubtedly give you an advantage over less-skilled writers, whether it’s to convince someone of an idea or even convincing someone to make a purchase of a particular product. Given the huge amount of text generated by almost every transaction - from court briefs and legislation running into the thousands of pages to those foot-long receipts you get when you buy gum these days - there is no limit to what can be achieved if you become a master of the written word.

The point is, you need to have the desire to improve yourself before you can even think of achieving success at any level. Don’t look back into the past and what it has done or not done for you but always look to the future. Try to get yourself out of the rut through positive thinking and keep reminding yourself that all this work is for an objective - an objective that will allow you to tap into your potential and be the person that you have always dreamed of.

This is by no means an admonishment for you to register for some exorbitantly priced self-improvement course. Anyone can do this and normally the effect is highly varied from those who do so because they want to and those who do them because they feel they need to or are listening to someone else. Remember that the most important factor in self-improvement is desire, because no matter how many doctors you visit, how many psychologists you seek advice from - it will all come to naught if you do not have a desire to turn your life around.
